Shipping Policy
We partner with reliable global carriers such as FedEx , DHL, UPS to provide reliable shipping worldwide. We offer both Air Freight and Sea Freight options, depending on product size, weight, and destination.
1. Handling Time
- All orders are processed and packed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.
- Built-to-order or custom items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated separately.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- Air Freight (Express): Recommended for urgent orders and smaller items. Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days after dispatch.
- Sea Freight: Recommended for large, heavy items (e.g., bumpers, roof racks). Estimated delivery: 21–45 business days after dispatch.
3. Customs Processing
- International customs clearance typically takes 1–3 business days.
- Note: Ninja Cruiser is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, and customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, shipping method, and product weight. If you have questions about a shipping rate, please contact us before placing your order.
5. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.
6. Important Notes
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, courier delays, or public holidays. Ninja Cruiser is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
