Ninja Cruiser Refund & Return Policy

At Ninja Cruiser, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our policy carefully before making a return or cancellation.


1. Unused Returns

  • Eligible items may be returned within 15 days of receipt.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all unused returns.
  • A Return Form (RMA) is required before shipping items back.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • All returns are subject to inspection; items showing damage or signs of use may be rejected.

2. Returns After Fitment/Installation

  • Returns accepted within 15 days only if the item has no damage or modifications.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies.
  • For powder-coated products, an additional 10% re-coating fee may apply if scratches or cracks are found.

3. Used Products

  • No returns accepted after 15 days unless covered under warranty.
  • Warranty claims are handled according to the manufacturer’s policy.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests must be made before shipment.
  • Orders cancelled after processing are subject to a 10% cancellation fee to cover payment gateway and merchant processing costs.

5. Built-to-Order & Custom Items

  • Items such as bumpers, underbody protection, and roof racks are built-to-order.
  • These cannot be cancelled or refunded after 72 hours of purchase.
  • No exceptions will be made once production begins.

6. Return Process

  • Contact us to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form before returning any product.
  • Include the completed RMA form inside your return shipment.

7. Order Issues

  • Report any issues or discrepancies within 5 business days of receiving your order.
  • After 5 days, Ninja Cruiser cannot be held responsible for replacements or shipping adjustments.

8. Lost or Damaged Items

  • Report any shipping damage within 15 days of product receipt.
  • If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, contact us within 15 days to initiate an insurance claim.
  • Claims filed beyond 30 days cannot be honored.
